Terms of Service

2v2 is operated by Milly Maker Tracker LLC. These Terms govern your use of the 2v2 mobile application, the public website at 2-v2.com, and any related services.

2v2 is for adults only. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, join or create challenges, or use the 2v2 mobile app. By using 2v2, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be suspended or removed.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, including your date of birth, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create an account on behalf of another person or share your account with others.

When you create a challenge, you must provide accurate information and follow the 2v2 Community Guidelines. You may not create challenges that involve persons under 18, weapons of any kind, gambling, paid wagers, private residences during the current launch period, or dangerous physical coercion.

You are responsible for your own conduct, preparation, and judgment before and during any activity. You may leave any challenge before the leave deadline. No one may block or pressure you from leaving.

Competitive physical activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury or property damage. You participate at your own risk. 2v2 does not verify users, inspect locations, or guarantee that any challenge, host, participant, venue, or activity description is accurate, lawful, or suitable for any individual.

You may not use 2v2 to:

• Organize activities involving persons under 18.
• Organize activities involving weapons of any kind.
• Organize gambling, paid wagering, or prize competitions involving monetary exchange.
• Post challenges at private residences.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Violate any applicable law.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation of the service.

You may report users, challenges, or locations that appear to violate these Terms using in-app report controls or by emailing support@2-v2.com. Reports are reviewed according to our internal review process. Response timelines are internal operating goals and are not guaranteed.

2v2 may suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the service in a way that harms the 2v2 community. You may appeal by contacting support@2-v2.com.

You are responsible for any content you submit to 2v2, including challenge titles, descriptions, location details, and rules. By submitting content, you grant 2v2 a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the service.

2v2 does not currently charge users for creating accounts or participating in challenges. If fees are introduced, this section will be updated and users will be notified before any charges apply. 2v2 does not facilitate prize money or paid wagers between users.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milly Maker Tracker LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2v2 does not warrant that users are who they claim to be, that challenge information is accurate, that locations are safe, or that any particular review outcome will occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milly Maker Tracker LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for physical injury, property damage, or other harm arising from your participation in activities arranged through 2v2.

We may update these Terms as 2v2 develops. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of 2v2 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
